My parcel tracks as delivered but my customer has not received it. What can I do?
Firstly please accept our apologies that you are having to check out this section of our website. We offer our assurance that, in the event of a claim, we will make the process as painless as possible.
We can request a proof of delivery from our delivery partners which if available will show the signature of the recipient.
You will only be eligible to submit an enquiry if:
- The order in question was booked under your name
- The service purchased offers parcel protection for loss or damage
- The item you sent with us is not excluded from protection, or prohibited from sending
Only the person who booked the delivery in question can make a claim. You will not be able to make a claim if you are not the contract holder.
